TautFlex Air

Uses: 

TautFlex Air's versatility opens the door to endless creative possibilities. It's the ideal tool for interior and exterior projects, finding its canvas on surfaces such as tautliners, banners, marquees, tarpaulins, tire covers, furniture, seats, blinds, luggage, shoes and more. Its exceptional adhesion extends to cast and calendered vinyl, magnetic sheeting, paper, fabric, glass, ceramics and suitably primed rigid surfaces. 

While it's renowned for its strong adhesion, it's advisable to perform adhesion tests on unfamiliar materials. Please note that TautFlex Air is not suitable for use on corflute, polypropylene or acrylic surfaces.

Application: 

Using TautFlex Air is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free as long as you follow the instructions below: 

1. Before you begin, shake the TautFlex Air bottle for at least 30 seconds to ensure a consistent mixture.
2. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for the recommended air pressure for application. TautFlex Air can tolerate higher pressures for fine results.
3. Apply thin coats, allowing approximately 5 minutes of drying time between each. This prevents sagging and ensures a smooth finish.
4. For a protective finish and uniform gloss, apply a final coat of TautFlex UV clear. It's available in gloss and can be adjusted with a matting agent for your desired finish.
